Goal

My goal is to become a Green Beret. If I work extremely hard and smart, stay consistent, and develop the proper skills and mental toughness, I will get selected.

    • 10 FLATMAT HSPU (RX+: 1 PLATE DEFICIT) 
    • 30 DOUBLE UNDERS (RX+: 60)

Reflection

Ok, so this is going to be my fitness journal, where I will make notes, track progress, and maintain or improve my motivation. I did a two mile run this morning, which was a huge win, since I have been struggling with  bad morning fatigue or headaches. This morning was great, however, since I was able to get up and get going. It was a slow Zone 2 run, so I am proud of the fact that I got up and made it happen.
